Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuromorphic systems)
- Design strategic frameworks for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead workshops with C-suite to align vision with execution
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' with predictive market analysis
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in futurist/forecasting roles
- Expertise in exponential technology adoption curves
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, GBN)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies/Technology Forecasting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ tech predictions
- Deep understanding of singularity and post-singularity implications
