Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Produce annual technology impact assessments and disruption forecasts
- Adv executive leadership on innovation investments and R&D prioritization
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough concepts in emerging domains
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully predicting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, APF) strongly preferred
