Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and spatial computing
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and translate complex tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to accelerate adoption of frontier technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateNext at global tech summits
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in developing and implementing technology foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least three frontier technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience working with C-suite executives and Fortune 500 strategic planning teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization initiatives
