- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech incubation
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Champion innovation culture through internal hackathons and cross-functional collaboration frameworks
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology deployment timelines
- Represent InnovateX at Davos, CES, and industry-specific futurist conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale startups
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 publications
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent credential from Association of Professional Futurists
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Deep network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and innovation ecosystem
