Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architecture and engineering strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions capable of handling massive throughput and latency requirements.
- Innovation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Code Quality: Establish rigorous coding standards, conduct technical reviews, and drive automation to ensure software excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or Python, and frameworks like React, Node.js, or cloud-native services (AWS, GCP).
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering robust, secure, and high-performance systems.
