Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology strategy for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive innovation in neural interface and metaverse technologies
- Collaborate with R&D on 6G network infrastructure and satellite communications
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech specializations (bioinformatics, nanotech)
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI safety protocols, and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
