Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and deploy complex multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical and strategic vision for the company’s AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop cutting-edge predictive models that anticipate market shifts and user needs before they happen.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives.

Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of the upcoming technological shifts in 2026, specifically Agentic AI and LLM integration.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
