Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of robust AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for 2026 deployment.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Quantum Machine Learning integration.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time decision-making capabilities in edge environments.
- Ethical AI: Implement and enforce best practices for algorithmic bias, transparency, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage complex projects, and drive technical strategy.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
