Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and predictive modeling to stay ahead of the 2026 technological curve.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum computing protocols with classical machine learning pipelines to enhance computational speed.
- Policy & Ethics: Define and enforce ethical AI guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Innovation: Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models that have measurable business impact.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate technical ideas clearly and persuasively.
