Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Plan aligned with company vision.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align product, engineering, and marketing goals.
- Analyze market data to forecast trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Manage the annual budget and resource allocation for long-term strategic projects.
- Communicate strategic vision clearly to stakeholders and the board of directors.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering on long-term roadmaps (5+ years).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the US technology sector preferred.
