Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate advanced AI solutions into core business processes.
- Scout, evaluate, and establish partnerships with top-tier tech startups and research institutions.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data governance across the organization.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and ensure high ROI on technology investments.
- Present complex technical strategies to the executive board and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Deep technical knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science principles.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a large-scale enterprise.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Agile, PMP, or related management frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
