Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to research, prototype, and deploy next-generation AI solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in line with global standards.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive advantages in the AI landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and strategists.
- Drive the integration of AI into core product ecosystems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic management role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or initiatives that have had a significant business impact.
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and generative models.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
