Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive strategic vision for the 2026 Product Roadmap and long-term innovation goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, Product, and Engineering to deliver breakthrough technologies ahead of the curve.
- Analyze emerging market trends and technological advancements to identify high-impact opportunities for disruption.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-priority 2026 initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-tech prototypes and pilot programs.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with varying technical expertise levels.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale innovation initiatives or defining a product roadmap for a major milestone.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, or Web3.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
