- Establish a rigorous research and development framework to foster innovation and rapid prototyping.

- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D initiatives and vendor partnerships.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and drive organizational technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact R&D teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of the 2026 technological landscape, including quantum computing trends and edge AI.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
