- Oversee research and development initiatives in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Build and mentor high-performance engineering teams focused on innovation, scalability, and technical excellence.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay ahead of industry disruption.
- Define technical standards and architectural best practices to ensure product excellence across all divisions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving innovation in large-scale technology environments.
- Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, or advanced computing paradigms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast long-term industry shifts.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing budgets and leading teams of 15+ engineers.
