Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on AI, Web3, and Quantum computing integration.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, future-proof enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI models into core business workflows.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Autonomous Agents, Spatial Computing) and assess their commercial viability.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI pipeline optimization.
- Strong understanding of decentralized technologies (blockchain/Web3) and their future implications.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
