Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage financial reporting for executive leadership and board of directors
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Optimize financial systems and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ in corporate leadership
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate services industry
