Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and regulatory requirements
- Manage audit processes and relationships with external auditors
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
- Lead a team of accounting professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
