Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and reporting systems
- Lead budget forecasting and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Manage treasury operations and banking relationships

- Mentor finance team members and drive process improvements
- Present financial insights to board of directors
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate finance with 3+ in controller role
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS compliance and SEC reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Hyperion systems
- Experience managing 10+ finance teams
