- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot launch with 15+ stakeholders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investor boards
- Drive sustainable innovation practices across all product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AI, Web3) and future forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget allocation (>$5M)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience in venture capital or startup incubation ecosystems
