Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech adoption roadmaps
- Produce strategic briefings on disruptive forces (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) affecting industry verticals
- Establish innovation metrics to track future-readiness and competitive positioning
- Partner with product teams to integrate future scenarios into development lifecycles
- Present to executive boards and industry conferences on future-shaping trends
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ industry transformation
- Credibility with Fortune 500 executives and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience translating foresight into product roadmaps and business models
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
