What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI systems specifically engineered for the operational requirements of 2026.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural networks and generative AI models.
- Define the technical roadmap for the '2026 Vision' product suite, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Security, Product) to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias reduction, and data privacy.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with neuromorphic computing or quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
