- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation
- Partner with R&D teams to align technological capabilities with market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in innovation management or strategic technology planning
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) preferred
