- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure resources and stakeholder buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position 2026 solutions as category leaders
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation within the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
