- Create and maintain process flow diagrams and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Develop clear, concise reports and dashboards for stakeholder presentations
- Support testing cycles for new system implementations and feature rollouts
- Document business rules and functional specifications for development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Basic understanding of SQL or database fundamentals
