Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Create clear documentation including process flows, user stories, and specifications
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and visualization tools
- Participate in testing and validation of new systems/processes
- Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
