Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for the development team.
- Assist in creating process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support the testing and implementation of new software solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct research and benchmarking to recommend process improvements.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
