Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of business goals.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance (QA) phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
