Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, documentation, and modeling.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure technical feasibility.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
