Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable requirements using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across product, engineering, and leadership teams
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with data scientists to validate analytical models and KPIs
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution implementation
- Develop performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Expertise in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
