Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize KPIs and business performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on strategic objectives and implementation plans
- Lead data analysis initiatives to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Validate solution effectiveness through continuous testing and feedback loops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
