Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations
- Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track project progress using JIRA and Confluence
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating complex requirements
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
