Responsibilities
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and opportunities for optimization using data-driven methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, product managers, and external clients to ensure alignment.
- Data Modeling: Create logical and physical data models and process flows to support system architecture.
- Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Testing & QA: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate bug tracking resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or technology environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI) is required.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
