Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and operational workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather detailed functional specifications from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process diagrams.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis of business issues and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to delivery.
