Responsibilities

- Assist in developing KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics
- Support QA testing cycles and document technical specifications
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical teams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
