Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and document specifications
- Develop data-driven solutions using SQL, Excel, and Power BI tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
- Coordinate UAT cycles and implement change management strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or CBAP designation
- Expertise in requirements gathering and process documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of maritime or supply chain industries preferred
