Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and define functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation including user stories, use cases, process maps (BPMN), and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of project goals.
- Agile Support: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project delivery.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
