Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct comprehensive interviews, workshops, and research to identify business needs, pain points, and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Process Mapping & Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes using flowcharts and diagrams to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic improvements.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, wireframes, and system specifications to guide the development and QA teams effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all BA-related activities, ensuring clear communication between non-technical and technical teams.
- Agile & Waterfall Support: Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and Waterfall project phases to ensure project milestones are met.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to design test cases and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Tools: Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps).
