Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business language
- Create data models, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics to track success
- Lead UAT cycles and validate solution alignment with strategic objectives
- Document system specifications and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
