Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Design comprehensive process flows, use cases, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for developers and engineers.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate risks to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project management frameworks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
