Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Lead stakeholder workshops to map processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and system documentation
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and visualization tools to uncover insights
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage product backlogs
- Create comprehensive business cases with ROI analysis for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements alignment and quality delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and use case development
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, Confluence, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with certification
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects in federal contracting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
