Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Create clear process maps, flowcharts, and user stories using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
- Assist in data collection and analysis to generate actionable insights for the management team.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to various levels of management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
