Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, and data models.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
