- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications from stakeholders.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize complex business workflows.
- Participate in requirements gathering meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Support the Quality Assurance team by analyzing test cases and documenting bugs.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
