Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Design and implement efficient business processes and solution frameworks.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
