Responsibilities
- Assist in Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using tools like Visio or JIRA.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Reporting: Support the creation of regular performance reports and dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Testing Support: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, internships or academic projects involving data analysis are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfortable learning SQL or other data visualization tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data and processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
