Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to visualize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support the testing and implementation of new software systems and process changes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update process manuals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new software tools and business methodologies quickly.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
