Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering and Documenting Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Support Data Analysis Projects: Help process and analyze data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Create Documentation: Develop process maps, flowcharts, and use case documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Participate in Meetings: Attend requirement gathering sessions and workshops to ensure all team objectives are met.
- Conduct Research: Perform market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Assist in Reporting: Support the creation of regular business reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about business processes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
