Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare monthly variance reports and budget forecasts for department heads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization initiatives
- Support annual audit processes and documentation requirements
- Develop financial models for new market expansion projects
- Present findings to senior leadership using data visualization tools
- Streamline financial reporting processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (graduating 2023-2024)
- 3.0+ GPA preferred with relevant coursework in financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial modeling
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
