In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to build state-of-the-art AI systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our core models, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and ready for the demands of the future.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Spearhead the architectural vision for our next-generation AI platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design & Architecture: Design complex, distributed systems that handle massive scale and real-time data processing with zero latency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure AI ethics compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Mastery: Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI models.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
